By creating an account or using Covenant Circle (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older, that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate, and that you will maintain the accuracy of that information. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at loulongo@convenantdigitalgroupllc.com.
To keep the Service classy, safe, and welcoming for singles at every life stage, you agree not to:
Misrepresent your identity, age, or marital status
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Post sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable content
Solicit money, gifts, or financial information from other users — a common scam pattern on dating apps
Use the Service for commercial solicitation, advertising, or spam
Impersonate any person or entity
Upload content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
Attempt to circumvent verification, moderation, or safety features
Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination without refund.
You retain ownership of the photos, prompts, and messages you post (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within the Service as necessary to operate and promote it — for example, displaying your profile to other users. You represent that you have the rights to any content you post and that it does not violate any third party's rights.
We may require photo, video, or phone verification to activate or maintain your account. Verification helps confirm authenticity but is not a guarantee of a user's identity, intentions, background, or safety — see Section 7.
COVENANT CIRCLE DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON USERS AND CANNOT GUARANTEE THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER, ON OR OFF THE SERVICE.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and in person. We strongly recommend meeting in a public place for initial in-person meetings, telling a friend or family member where you are going, never sharing financial information with a match, and reporting suspicious behavior immediately through the in-app Report feature. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline.
Certain features require a paid subscription (“Premium”). Subscription prices, billing cycles, and included features are disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal, through your Apple App Store account settings (or the equivalent for other platforms). Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policies; we do not directly process refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines, violation of applicable law, or conduct that we determine, in our discretion, is harmful to other users or the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL FIND A MATCH OR THAT ANY USER INFORMATION IS ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COVENANT DIGITAL GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Covenant Digital Group LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.
